Fiona Lyall GrantFiona Lyall Grant has been working in the centre since 1999. She has continued to work on the Definitions of Ownership research for the Housing Corporation. Other projects have included the Pilot RSR for 2005 specifically looking at changes to the RSR with respect to Supporting People policy, and Stock Managed Pending Transfer in Ownership Phases I and II. Further research included working on Affordable Housing in London: Mobility and Locational Aspirations. Fiona is currently leading on a project for the Housing Corporation assessing whether the National Register of Social Housing (NROSH) will constitute an acceptable substitute for the RSR as a means of data collection from housing associations. |
