It first examines coverage differences of LA CORE lettings data in the Section D of the HSSA and then describes the weighting strategy and how the weighted LA CORE data is created. Finally, it calibrates these weights to the LA CORE data and compares the characteristics of LA new tenant households produced from the weighted LA CORE with the unweighted data.
